I had my appointment in Gerry’s office in February 2021. All information was provided and the assumption was that they were being processed. Over the months I’ve been asking for filing status. The office emailed me a couple months ago that they had been filed. Online checking “where’s my refund” there was no record of my taxes being filed. Now it is over six months later and the office says they didn’t file them and they’re waiting for me to complete a form but they refused to send me the form. His services have Severely declined over the last couple years, having similar problems previous years. Very disappointing.
