He was supposed to file my 2019 and 2018 tax returns. He will not send me the tax documents showing my taxes were filed. He avoids my calls and when i get him on the phone he gets nasty with me.

Completely untrustworthy. Harris took our money, filed returns late, and I have still not received copies of not only my 2019 income tax return from him but our 2018 AND 2019 tax returns for our small business. He responds with angry, aggressive messages when asked for updates. Messages go ignored for weeks/months @ a time. I am looking into filing a formal complaint, and after reading other reviews, we will probably need to take him to court. He should not be allowed to prepare taxes in any state or jurisdiction.
