Do not use this tax preparer. I say again do not use this tax preparer. We have had nothing but problems. The first year not so bad the second year we gave her a new account number to input for our returns and she put the number in one number off and submitted it without re-checking her work then blamed us for changing the account number LOL She also does not have a problem voicing her political beliefs if you know what I mean. It was like a domino effect now everything is going wrong with our taxes, child tax credit. We also needed her to file an amended return and that’s messed up now LOL I say again do not use her you’re welcome
