Zenaida Faller is by far the least professional and unresponsive service provider that I have ever encountered in my life. I cannot believe that this person has a job. I had sent my tax information two months prior to the deadline and she had promised that the filing would be ready long before it. However, weeks passed by with no response. When I would reach out, she would completely ignore me. She would only response once I got through to her manager, and in those cases she would make a weak excuse. She literally kept delaying when she would finish the filing, until it finally reached the deadline. How terrible do you have to be to continuously lie to avoid doing your job? I literally cannot express how disappointing I am at myself for having spent so much time with customer service when I could have done the tax filing in a fraction of that time. Previously I had Erick Lans who was incredible but was automatically transferred to this terrible professional once he left. I truly hope that she is reprimanded for her lack of professionalism and ability to do her job - whether she is incompetent or malicious, or both, it doesn't matter. It is shocking how such an individual is allowed to continue working.

The worst experience ever! I have emailed her 2 times to schedule an appointment, she didn’t email back. Then I called her office for and they scheduled me for today. Her office called me 3 times to confirm the appointment. Then they call me 10 minutes before the appointment to cancel!!!!! Very unprofessional!
