Client Reviews of Hiam Hmaidan

Not only is this woman unprofessional and does not reply back when you leave a message or text her, but it took 2 months for me to finally hear something about my taxes from the irs. Only for Hiam to screw up my direct deposit info and give the wrong bank account info. So now I gotta wait another ten weeks on top of the two months to get a paper check in the mail. Then charged me $450 to do my taxes in the first place. I will never go back to the B.S lady again. By the time I get my tax refund it'll b in July sometime when I filed in February. Beware of this lady. She's careless and ignorant. It's all about the money to her.

This woman not only charges a arm and a leg but also is very unprofessional! Says she's going to call you back but never does! Doesn't know what she's doing with your tax forms and makes nothing but mistakes obviously to where you have to wait 2 months plus to get your taxes. I will never go back to the Supermall where she works out of on Pulaski again! Zero stars!!!
