Client Reviews of Robert S. Atkinson, EA

Currently, my husband and I are frantically trying to get ahold of the IRS (which is an impossible feat during a Pandemic) because Atkinson Financial Services did not double check our account information for direct deposit and put in the wrong account number. Not only do we not know of or when we will get our tax return money, (which is over $5,000), we do not know if or when we will receive our stimulus check which is also thousands of dollars. That's thousands of dollars lost because of a mistake they made, a service we paid them to do and now we have to deal with the consequences. We have two kids, one with special needs who just had a $2,000 MRI today. We are devastated. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Atkinson Financial Services.
