Worst experience of my life. James Faughtenberry is deceiving and cannot be trusted. He will tell you he has handled things but honestly never did them. He is unorganized and will not return and documentation, phone calls or emails. He made mistakes and did not file taxes for us although he did the forms & sent them to us like he did.

ZERO STARS If you actually want your taxes done don’t hire this guy. He’s quite the salesman but don’t fall prey. He left me with the biggest mess, zero bookkeeping and zero taxes filed for 2017, 2018 and part of 2019.

Doesn't deserve the one star I had to give him. I spent months and months trying to get him to do anything. During that time I was ignored, put off, and lied to. While he did help restructure my business in the beginning, there was no follow-through afterward and very little benefit. In the end, there was zero accounting done, and he kept/lost three years worth of my tax documents (which were never filed) and all my customer and financial files. Hiring James Faughtenberry was my worst business decision ever.

The worse tax preparer I have ever known. Failed to prepare my tax forms on time. After firing Faughtenberry and getting back some but not all my files, there were other persons tax forms mixed in with mine. That is a fact. My knew accountant told me this. He is a train wreck. He also lied to my face.
