This is my third year working with Crystal and I've had up to the roof with her. She constantly misses appointments and NEVER reach's out to you to let you know she has to cancel or if she's running late. She never responds to texts, email or phone and when she finally gets back to you she has every kinds of excuse in the work. She doesn't respect your time at all. This year I reached out for n appointment and she took days to respond when she did she said she wasn't available for a week. When the day comes I'm calling and texting and no response. I call another number which is her husband's number and he gets her and she says she's not feeling good and needs a few minutes. SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK.I email her, no response and she still hasn't responded or called back. She is so unprofessional and it's rude. How can you run a successful business like this?!? I'm so frustrated and it's really hard to find a person to do your taxes on such short notice. SHE STILL HASN'T CALLED ??

Crystal Davis is a thief and fradulent. She has stolen money from friends and my daughter and she prepared my taxes wrong and now I have to pay money back to the IRS. She does not return calls or messages. She is also being investigated by the IRS for fraud. DO NOT GO TO HER.

To say she is a crook is an understatement. She filed my taxes with her account number. She charged me $1106 to file my taxes, after boasting of her $75 fee. You can never reach her, so I made an appointment to talk to her, and she called the police on me. STAY AWAY FROM CRYSTAL AND HER HUSBAND. They are immoral, unethical and irresponsible.

We had Crystal do our taxes for a year - second year, she sent in a false tax return to the IRS which resulted in our almost losing out on a REFI of our home. She skimmed 500.00 from the IRS and claimed it was a preparation fee for our taxes, she is a low life scammer and deserves less than nothing because of her behavior. I have filed complaints with YORK COUNTY SHERIFF, IRS, ATTORNEY GENERAL OF MECKLENBURG COUNTY, and everyone else who would listen to what happened. I even received messages on YELP from people I didn’t even know regarding her “business” - had to have our taxes redone at our expense. She is not worthy of anyone’s business and I pray someday she will scam the wrong person ! If you don’t believe me I have ALL the paperwork to prove what I am saying, bet she doesn’t- BUYER BEWARE !! One star is for breathing !

I have used Crystal for years. She is awesome! We love her. She is very knowledgeable and up to date on all of the new laws. We started using her because our old tax preparer really screwed up my taxes and Crystal saved our tail. Yes she is very busy, so be patient. She will take care of you.

DO NOT use this tax service. Tax return was never filed. I was told on FOUR separate occasions that it had been filed. Not true. Instead I was told that they are "delayed" this year. You will never be able to reach her, she responds to text messages several days later, and her vm is always full. I repeat DO NOT use her services.

Worst experience I have ever had. I filed my taxes with her more than a month ago (March 12th), but not only did she mess up my information but at this point I don’t even know if she filed my taxes because every time I check in the IRS website nothing can be found with my information. I have tried calling and texting multiple days and zero acknowledgement. I wish I would of checked her reviews before I ever decided to go to her. Extremely disappointed and frustrated!!!! If you like to be ignored I recommend her service.

Used her services for a few years without issue, this year's tax reform has seemed to ruffle her a bit. We did our return on 3/2, started checking the IRS website around 3/16 for an update on the refund and no information could be located. Texted on 3/18 asking her to confirm it was submitted successfully, no response. Texted again 3/19, response on 3/20 that she would check in the morning on 3/21. I texted for an update on 3/21 at 5:45pm, she responded saying they are submitted and she would send me a confirmation shortly after she finishes with her current client. I didn't receive anything. I follow up on 3/22 8:30am asking for the confirmation, no response. Follow up again at 5:07, no response. I call her at 9:10pm, phone is off. While preparing our return she mentioned that she was seeing major changes ahead and it may not be profitable or worthwhile for her to prepare taxes in the future, and she was beginning to transition to Real Estate. It appears she has decided to drop her clients mid-process and disappear. Do not engage her for tax preparation services any more.

Do not use this woman to file your taxes!!!! We did our taxes several weeks ago and found out they were never submitted. After numerous attempts to contact her I contacted her husband and he filed them yesterday for me. She is a scam !!!!!

Crystal Davis is very unprofessional and doesn’t respond in a timely manner or even at all! Don’t waste your time getting your taxes done through her that’s if you get a response to schedule an appointment. I am honestly not sure how she has gotten away with all of things she has done to other people when filing taxes for them let alone still be in business. If I could give her negative stars I WOULD!

Do not visit this place I repeat DO NOT go to her for any services. I filed my taxes with her to come to find out they were never submitted I found out when I went to the IRS office two months later .I've reached out to her multiple times to address and resolve the issue and no returned phone call or text now I am having to start all over and pay someone all over again with paying late fees because this was done to me. Poor service !!!! She only received one star because it made me select an option to write this review.

Our taxes were filed in March and I found out after contacting the it's our taxes were never actually submitted! Now I have left multiple messages and she will not return my calls!

Do not use this service!!! After preparing my taxes I had tried to contact serval times without my calls being returned...Later to find out my taxes were never submitted to IRS...now I'm getting penalized....poor customer service!!!! Wish I never used these services!!!
