Scammed by Adeana Williams. She took my money to file my taxes for 2018 and 2019. I would not have other conversations, that did not pertain to my taxes...now I can not get ahold of her nor a response. I have texted her several times, no response. I have called, no answer. I contacted the BBB, she told them that the services were complete but I have not received any copies of my taxes. I have contacted the IRS, but there are no records of my taxes. This is unprofessional on so many levels, and a scam at its best! I need some answers, and my money back!
