Client Reviews of Tonya L. Scott, EA

Attempted to hire Tonya Scott in November 2020 to assist me in my LLC filings. I provided her with several documents before she essentially ghosted me. No feedback on the status of my filings. No request for specific documents that may have been missing (I don't know what I'm doing, which is why I sought her out in the first place). Then, March 15, 2021 arrives and I'm in a scramble to make sure that she's filing my 1065 since I haven't heard anything in over a month. And instead of the filing being anywhere close to completed and submitted, she tells me that she has too many other clients and so she won't have time to do it. So I file an extension and ask her for additional help. Once again I'm ghosted until early April when I ask her outright if she even has time for me. To which she tells me that she is drowning and wishes me "good luck." An extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience from beginning to end. I have no idea what I'm doing and finding help with someone who does should not be this difficult.
