Up until now she was great but I moved out of state and asked her the year before I left if she could still be my tax lady and she said yes of course just email me your w-2s and I can do them. I emailed her my paperwork on February 5th and heard nothing back from her after checking in with her after a week. A few more days went by and she emailed me and told me she received my email. Then went dead on me. I called and text her multiple times and received no answer or response from her. Today 03-02-22 I text her and asked what the deal was with my taxes and she pretty much said that she was too busy to take less than an hour out of her day to prepare my taxes and if I was in a hurry I could go elsewhere. I responded and you couldn't tell me this weeks ago. Like you had me on hold and all it would have taken was you to reply after my first inquiry. I believe because I wasn't sitting infront of her for her to do my taxes that my business to her was worthless. I brought her 2 additional clients when I started going to her and if this is how she is going to treat her clientele then she doesn't deserve my business. My concern is instead of just saying hey I don't have time to do your taxes (after I first reached out to her to ask about them) please go elsewhere she let me wait a whole month before responding to me. That is unacceptable. I could have had my taxes done weeks ago. But no she wanted to play games with my money. What a joke.

We used this Tax Accountant to file Taxes jointly. The forms were done incorrectly due to receiving several notices from the states that the refunds are inaccurate, the payments were not made. However, we reached out to the accountant several times and it took her over two months to actually file our forms and lied that the forms were filed. Also, she charged us for the tax we owed to the state and never paid it with the return. Reached out several times to the preparer and never answers the phone or the email or the payment portal.

the worst and most unprofessional person, he made a mistake in putting my name, and the taxes after three weeks did not appear as if they had been submitted, when I asked her and I had already consulted with another person, about credits that he did not give me, She decided not to give me credits that I legally qualified for, just because she didn't want to, when I asked her not to submit my taxes and better cancel them, because I knew there were more things that had to be added, she didn't care, she corrected my name and submit them after 3 weeks,and without caring, I did not agree, when I told her why did she do it if I did not authorize her and I told her not to do it, she said that three weeks ago I signed her and that she could do whatever she wanted, but this was after 3 weeks and after she did mistakes,truly racist and unprofessional, now I will have to sue her,and someone else is correcting my taxes

Adam Buseman failed to file my taxes took my money did not return any of my phone calls when i started recieving notices from IRS. He also failed to file any state taxes. He caused me to miss out on a $7000.00 return and now I owe the IRS $4000 dollars. HNR block Charles City engages in discrimonatory practices and DOES NOT back every filing 100% its been a year. This is false advertising. I am filing in federal court against these guys. as well as form 14157-a Tx preparer fraud. I took 4 years of taxes to file; one with business tax stating i had to pay in. and 3 others which promised returns which would have offset the amount i owe to zero. I received notice from IRS about 2017 not being filed and 2019 being rejected no response from Adam Buseman when i brought it to his attention, i recieved notice concerning Adam Busemans Failure to file a Form 940 from the irs . He also caused my 2017 income tax return of $7000 to fall outside of the alloted time frame therefore causing me to lose my return. Mr Adam Buseman Has 9 years experience as a tax preparer I feel this intentional and based off of discrimination. Upon being given a time limit by The IRS to file form 940 and 2017 tax return which i paid him to do. I notified Mr Buseman regarding the situation he did not rectify the matter it took him a whole year to respond and it wasnt until I called his office irrate did he return and of my texts. I have all the screen shots between us to prove. I ulitmatley had to take my taxes to a private cpa who informed me that there wasnt even a return in any of the files that it was all documents that the office printed up.

Dianne is the most unprofessional tax preparer I've talked to. She was argumentative and rude talking over me for minutes even when I tried to say something. She didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about basic tax things. If you have a basic W2 return, she might be okay. But then you'd probably just use Turbotax.

If I could give negative stars, she deserves them. I sent in all my information, paid up front and then she ignored multiple calls, emails and attempts to contact her. I would recommend using anyone to prepare your taxes other than her. And for the people who will question if this is true or not, I had a friend of mine reach out to contact her to use h for their tax preparation and she responded immediately.

Very disappointed in the services provided. I had been told all good things and his actions failed to follow. I was told a certain price by family but upon calling he said he changed his rate and charges us even more. I was way over charged for a SIMPLE tax return. Not only that, I was hounded to send payment on a Sunday evening and then he went silent for a week after receiving said payment. My taxes were not done until the following Saturday after having to call and follow up for myself due to no communication. In my opinion, he was very unprofessional.

Kathy is an excessively abusive and cruel person. She belittled, talked down, and made me feel bad. Stay away from her, she is pure evil. She is a bully, uses intimidation, and hostility. She is very negative, toxic, and mean. She should not be working with the public. She lacks social skills and very will kick the other person in stomach when they are down. Please do not work with her. Run away as far as possible.

BEWARE! This company along with its owner Adam Havig took financing from us and has refused to repay their legal obligation. They have been avoiding all communication despite our legal efforts. If this is how they do business I would warn everyone to be very cautious.

I received a notice from the IRS that I still owed money and Stephanie refused to even get on the phone with me to explain the situation. Incredibly unprofessional, unhelpful. Find a CPA who actually cares.

Was attempting to request aid in the filing of 2021 taxes after inheriting many differing forms of funds after the death of a parent and the secretary was extremely rude. Before i could finish explaining my situation she was unprofessional in tone and stated that they are not taking new clients-which isn’t the issue however you would expect a bit of respect and professionalism when someone seeking services generating business in a commission field… Especially after being referred from a current client. Also, when asking who in the area I should reach out to as they aren’t taking new customers she told me good luck they don’t do that. Very displeased. It is awful when front desk staff is a poor display of a highly recommended business.

Horrible service I will never recommend someone to this place waiting to be seen and guy didn't even bother to check my information and said i wasted his time because he had alot of work with people that were getting much more than me how would he know if he didn't verify ny information . Why even bother to have a work office and bot even helping customers plus he wanted to charge 30 for an estimate when he didnt event do anything just left place horrible this place doesn't even deserves one star

If there would be 0 stars I would. So unprofessional she did my taxes last year she was recommended by a friend of mines not too say her price was way too high also. But now I am trying to do this years taxes and I’m getting denied by irs because staying my gross income doesn’t match previous records. Point is I tried reaching out to her. Emailed her and messages her yesterday messaged her today. Then messaged her if I can call her. She calls me very rudely and asked like what what is it. I tried explaining it and I couldn’t even finished when she asked me if I can not message her so late and hangs up on me. I call her back and said I’m sorry but did you just hang up and she says yes and i already did them you have a copy and hangs up. I’m sorry but what is that. All im trying to do is get info on why is it getting rejected and what may it be.

The worst experience with taxes!! Stay away from this accountant, she will rip you off. Comes up with excuses that the programs are expensive and then threatens to sue you. In the beginning doesn’t give you the price and then charges you more than any account would, up to 3 times more. You want to pay the right price, go somewhere else and thank me later. Very pretentious and unprofessional.

I called and a gentleman hung up on me mid sentence. So rude. I just wanted my taxes done. I am a Whitman resident. Our city deserves better.

Miami FL Tax Preparer Tamika L. Frederick Is the most scheming woman I know. She was referred to me through someone I thought I can trust who spoke highly about her. After filing my taxes which was February 12th 2021. Tamika Frederick told me that it'll take a couple of weeks. So I know e-file because I have done it in Prior years that I file taxes but now one time I have several times that I asked okay where are the documents that I'm supposed to sign? Long story short Tamika Frederick received my income taxes in her own account and it was supposed to go into my account. She also lied never gave me an exact refund amount I asked over and over called multiple times and nothing. This woman owes me $5,920. And this is for the following year 2020. I did not receive any type of anything from her from what I'm seeing she needs to be put in jail. Cuz that is just ridiculous I still haven't received my income taxes for the year 2020. That means you forge my signature I have no idea under knowledge of what she put on my paperwork she gave me blurry pictures and lied and said she was audited which was a lie. I would like that that she never gave me the correct amount said I was supposed to get back I got this back through calls and calls to the internal revenue and Tamika Frederick will not be able to go any longer because I still have not received my taxes she put him into her one of her accounts now granted the IRSC set my income tax came on the 18th a February of last year I filed on the 12th a February of last year. She continue to lie because I didn't know this at the time and said no she's not hearing anything back they're running slow but she already had the money.
