RIDICULOUS person! He is UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, IMPATIENT, and TERRIBLE!!!!! He doesn't know what he is doing!! and he is OVER-CHARGING!!! My family went to him for tax filing at the end of March, but until today at the end of May, we still haven't receive our refund from either IRS or state of MD - because he DIDN'T SUBMIT it!!!!!!!!! When we called him in early April to follow-up, he CLAIMED he submitted it when we were there in March, but when I use the IRS refund status website, it said there is NO RECORD of the taxpayer, so where did he file our taxes???!! Then we went to his door in Mid-April, he showed us the taxes were filed, ON THE DAY WE WENT TO HIS DOOR!! At the end of April, we still haven't receive our refund, so we called him again, and he said I don't want to talk to you anymore, YOU ARE WASTING MY TIME (I even had this conversation recorded)! What a attitude! Earlier in May, we called him again as we still haven't receive our refund and we could not find any records from the IRS or Comptroller of MD websites, which both of them are government-based websites, then he YELLED at us I don't know where you find your information, but I submitted your tax, so DON'T EVER CALL ME AGAIN!! Today is already the end of May, and we still haven't receive any confirmation or updates from either IRS or state of MD. If you want your greatest and speedy refund, NEVER EVER go to him!!!!!!!!!!! If you are a victim, we strongly suggest and recommend you to FILE COMPLAINT to state of MD and IRS on him!!!!!!!!! By the way, when we trying to file the complaint on him, we found that he IS NOT licensed CPA or tax preparer!!!! Side note, we would give him NO star if that's one of the option.

The worst experience I've ever had with an accountant. Abbie is rude, volatile and unprofessional. She was a terrible communicator and makes very deregulatory and accusatory statements because she is extremely defensive. She flipped out on me after I asked her for an update when I hadn't heard from her for a while. She told me I never sent her paperwork which I had and she later found. That was just the start of my unpleasant experience. She never finished the work she charged me for so now I am stuck paying someone else another $1,000. I can back up all of my claims with emails that supports what I had to deal with. Feel free to reach out.

Wasn’t satisfied. I wouldn’t go to her again. Don’t waste your time and go with someone with experience.

Renee M. Devolt. E.A at Omni Tax Service - 650 E Tahquitz Suite 2 Palm Springs, Ca 92262. Out taxes were dropped off to Renee on February 23, 2021 and never heard from her again. we sold old our home and went to her office with no luck on getting our taxes back before we left state. her assistant always had an excuse for her. she has never returned our phone calls or emails or taxes. we have now had to hire an Attorney to find out why she STOLE or Social Security numbers and documents to too whom she sold them too. and we are now having to obtain all documents to file ( May 20, 2021) not sure what penalty fees will be. below it wanted services provided but THEFT was not listed

How can you trust someone to manage your finances/taxes when they were just discharged from a bankruptcy last month? Do not hire this woman. Do your research. I personally think this company needs to do a little more research on their employees if they are going to handle people’s money. Also, check her docket sheet. DUI. Yikes.

Possibly the most unprofessional individual I’ve ever dealt with in any profession. Had a nice chat with him about him doing my taxes, I sent him all the info he requested. Then despite three phone calls and three emails over the span of a month and a half, no response. Talked to his assistant Shane, who informed me that he had indeed received the emails but didn’t respond. Now my taxes are late. My advice - any other accountant on the planet is a much better expenditure of your time and money. You’ve been warned.

Extremely unprofessional. Phone calls, emails, & text msgs are unanswered. No upfront pricing. Customers Tax documents left unsecured hanging out of his garage mailbox.

Zenaida Faller is by far the least professional and unresponsive service provider that I have ever encountered in my life. I cannot believe that this person has a job. I had sent my tax information two months prior to the deadline and she had promised that the filing would be ready long before it. However, weeks passed by with no response. When I would reach out, she would completely ignore me. She would only response once I got through to her manager, and in those cases she would make a weak excuse. She literally kept delaying when she would finish the filing, until it finally reached the deadline. How terrible do you have to be to continuously lie to avoid doing your job? I literally cannot express how disappointing I am at myself for having spent so much time with customer service when I could have done the tax filing in a fraction of that time. Previously I had Erick Lans who was incredible but was automatically transferred to this terrible professional once he left. I truly hope that she is reprimanded for her lack of professionalism and ability to do her job - whether she is incompetent or malicious, or both, it doesn't matter. It is shocking how such an individual is allowed to continue working.

Today is May 16 2021 (taxes are due May 17, 2021), Sunday and Stephanie Lahti who I paid to have her as our tax pro reviewer made a major mistake on our 2020 return. She took her time to review our return for a few days and then made a major mistake. Our return has been approved, since we trusted her as an H&R tax pro, and H&R filed our return before they read our message to Stephanie that the return is incorrect. Now I am calling H&R endlessly and keep being transferred from one rep to another with no way of knowing how to fix this issue.

Not only is this woman unprofessional and does not reply back when you leave a message or text her, but it took 2 months for me to finally hear something about my taxes from the irs. Only for Hiam to screw up my direct deposit info and give the wrong bank account info. So now I gotta wait another ten weeks on top of the two months to get a paper check in the mail. Then charged me $450 to do my taxes in the first place. I will never go back to the B.S lady again. By the time I get my tax refund it'll b in July sometime when I filed in February. Beware of this lady. She's careless and ignorant. It's all about the money to her.

I've been looking for a tax preparer I can come back to year after year and came to Jennifer by recommendation. Perhaps she had my email or phone numebr confused with another customer, but I received no updates from her end for close to a month despite email check-ins on my side (without response) throughout the duration. I only received responses to texts that were curt and unprofessional saying she had emailed me. I did a thorough search of my email to find no such thing and sent her my email address for verification without response. Now, a few days ahead of the tax deadline she's told me I should look for help elsewhere, which I could maybe have done a month ago, but have no hope of so close to the deadline. I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt that there was a mixup on her end, but that still doesn't excuse the unprofessional responses.

This would be the last person on the planet earth I would have do my taxes. Very unprofessional, does not know how to explain things even if they are correct. Has no patience if you have any questions what so ever. Don’t waste your time, find someone else.

I took my taxes to Jerry 02/08/2021. It is now 05/12/2021 and they are still not done. I need to try and find someone else last minute to do them because even with a government extension he never got around to doing them in over 3 months!!! Read Bob's review and you can get a great indication of what to expect. HORRIBLE!! RUN AWAY as fast as you can. This guy is a NIGHTMARE!!

Absolutely unprofessional. We contacted Laura at the end of January to help prepare our cross border tax return. We gave her copies of our passports, receipts, and many other pieces of confidential information. Once submitted, we did not hear back from her. My husband made numerous attempts to get in contact with her via telephone and email and still no response. As we needed to get our ITNs quickly so that we could file our taxes on time, plus the fact that she had all of our personal information, had us starting to get quite worried. I'm so glad we kept every email and phone call ever made to this person. Finally in March, after many voice messages and emails, she finally responded saying that she had received everything we sent but that she had been busy, hence the delay in responding. When asked about our ITNs, she said that the application was sent in. Again, we waited and waited to no avail. In April we had to go back to Canada because our time in the U.S. was up. Once back in Canada, the phone calls and emails to see what was going on continued. No response again. Finally,when raised with management in May,my husband received an email saying g they could not open any of the emails he had sent in the previous 5 months. Really?? You're just telling us now? So, my husband said heed send everything again and waited to hear back. A week later, no response. Finally, May 10th we get an email saying that now that we are back in Canada, they can no longer deal with us. So, over a 5 month period, we sent them all of our most personal information, numerous emails and made numerous phone calls, all to be abruptly dropped from their roster, so to speak. We still have no ITNs, which means we're going to be months behind in filing our tax returns with the IRS, and we may be penalized as a result. I have never in my life dealt with a more immature, unprofessional person and organization. I will be making a complaint with the state regarding this individual. Again, I'm so glad we kept every bit of communication and every phone call ever made to Laura and H&R Block in Palm Springs.

Extremely unreliable and unresponsive. Have been waiting for two months for an appointment and I keep getting "I'll call you later today". Unprofessional and wasted my time.

I submitted my tax return papers on February 15 2021 to Jeff Martin. After waiting more than two and half months, I try to reach him out to give me a date for a final tax return date. 10 days left to May 17 th, he returned my documents undone. Very unprofessional and unacceptable for his tax return service. By the way, my final conversation I had to give him an ultimatum that if he can not give me a date for finishing my tax, I will go to someone else. His response: go to someone else.

Adrienne McMurray-Johnson is a liar! She thrives on scheming and scamming people, federal funds and government funds. Whatever she can get she will get it no matter who she hurts. If you come across her your best bet is to go the other way!
