Have used rj financial for years. Received letter from irs. Taxes not paid $1000 plus penalties and interest due.called him to explain ask why we were not told we owed taxes he told us not to worry he would file some kind of form and have int and penaltys waived. Letters kept coming from irs int and penaltys rising made numerous calls to mr carter personally he kept saying a form was forthcoming not to worry form never arrived. Found oit he didnt file our taxes until october he never followed thru on fixing the issue. Last call to him he made promise that he would take care of everthing saying something about a hardship situation on our behalf i assume because we are low income again no response we ended up having to pay int and penaltys over $350 googled rj financial saw two bad reviews basically the same complaints this really hurt us we are seniors on a fixed income something very wrong with rj financial we were long time clients
