Client Reviews of Brandon W. Kissen, EA

I can tell you that without a doubt that I had a horrible experience with Brandon. I turned in all the statements that my investment company sent me at the end of the year to report gains/losses but it turned out that I needed more paperwork which he did not ask for. This went on for THREE years. Then when the IRS started giving me grief, Brandon said that he would take care of it, which he never did. Finally, after I told him that this was unacceptable (after another screw up that I recently found out about) he told me that I was no longer his client and gave me the number to the IRS so that I could figure it out on my own. In the end, he blamed the tax problems that he created on me. Every year he'd say "I'm your tax guy not just today but all year." I will not outright attack his integrity, but I wish I would have never gone to him in the first place.
