As a former resident of the north country, we hired Erin to prepare our tax returns for the 2016 tax year. All went well, and we were advised by phone the amount of our tax return. Then we waited for Erin to mail us our tax returns. WE ARE STILL WAITING !!! As of this date, May 22, 2016, we have not received our returns from this woman -- in Trump's words, "very sad"
