Client Reviews of Laurie L. Bertrand, CPA

I gave this person a star because she was very nice but beyond this it has been a nightmare for me. She told me If I had any issues to call. Well I have been trying to contact Laurie via phone, email, text, going to her office, facebook to the point I feel like a stalker. She has never once replied to any of my correspondence. The IRS has sent me letters in regards to taxes that she has filed for me. Very bad business & I'm looking for another tax preparer. Doesn't stans behind her work.
