shantrice cruse-scott FRAUDS!!!!!!!!! Their negligence caused them to file my tax return missing a 1099 that was HALF MY INCOME in 2018. They said they filed an amendment and it was corrected, only to find out now WHILE 24 HOURS FROM CLOSING ON A HOUSE that they NEVER FILED THE AMENDMENT. I've made dozens of phone calls (their voicemail box is full), emails, website messages, Facebook messages. ALL IGNORED and they've dropped off the face of the earth. I've reported them to the IRS, DO NOT trust Ken Scott or Rochana Z Sao!!!! It looks like they’ve passed responsibility to the officer elected 12/31/2018 to SHANTRICE CRUSE-SCOTT, so. BEWARE
