Had gone here for taxes for 4-5 years in total. The last 2 filing years (2019/2020 taxes) was nothing but a complete hassle. Alix, one of the granddaughters/nieces, doesn't follow direction to detail. You can give her your information to have direct deposit, she will input the wrong information and cause delays in your return, and that was for my wife and my 2019 return year and they claimed they couldn't fix anything on it even though they had time due to the IRS had not even sent the return yet. For 2020, Angie was the tax preparer, and this year there was something completely off about how the return was filed. Had direct deposit set up for the refund, and instead of calling when they got a notification about the refund being rejected due to a supposably "power outage" they just left it alone. So my wife called 2 separate days in regard to the situation and the lady answering the phone was snippy and rude (one of Glenda's granddaughters/nieces). They stated it was then mailed out, yet after speaking with various tax preparers/tax managers, found out that in order for the return to be mailed my wife's and my signature would be needed on the forums, which they never asked for. So unless they are forging signatures of people who have their returns mailed due to difficulties on E-File, then they are breaking the law by not asking for signatures or clients and forging it. Had to eventually just go somewhere else to get my taxes done due to all the games this place plays on its' clients. NEVER will I, or my family be returning here.
