I give this man whose real name is Marc Charles Pointdujour , no stars what so ever . I did taxes with him in 2015 and it literally felt like I was pulling hair and teeth for my own money ! After 2 months of not receiving either one of my refunds, I began to be suspicious. But being the good person that I am, I still gave this man the benefit of the doubt. More time went on ,and now , Mr. Pointdujoir stopped answering or returning any of my phone calls! I left voicemails threatening to report him to the IRS for fraud. He then returned my call weeks later saying my check was on the way and there was an "error" so he had to ",refile" My refund didn't come until six whole months later. He is rude, unprofessional, and fraudulent as he works under an incomplete alias. He should not be authorized to handle personal information. Shortly after, when the 2016 tax season started, My identity was being used to file Taxes when I myself had not yet filed! He is currently still under investigation for his financial crimes!!! Do not do your taxes with this man or give him any private information!

IF I CAN GIVE MARC CHARLES POINTDUJOUR NO STARS I WOULD! I AM A VICTIM OF FRAUD DUE TO HIS SELFISH NEEDS AND CRIMINAL ACT. MARC POINTDUJOUR FILLED ONE OF MY TAXES FOR THE FIRST TIME, FOR ONE IT TOOK A YEAR BEFORE I RECEIVED MY REFUND. HE HELD ONTO MY INFORMATION AND WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE HE PROCEEDED TO FILL FOR MY NEXT YEAR TAXES! THIS HAPPENED TO ME NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE, BUT THREE TIMES! I CALLED IRS AND THEY ARE CURRENTLY DOING AN INVESTIGATION ON MARC POINTDUJOUR. IRS AGREED TO STILL REFUND ME THE TAXES I DIDNT RECEIVE DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE ACCOUNT THE MONEY WAS DEPOSITED IN WAS DEFINITELY AND CLEARLY WASNT MY ACCOUNT! I STOPPED DOING BUSINESS WITH MARC POINTDUJOUR WHEN IT TOOK A YEAR FOR MY TO RECEIVE MY INCOME TAXES AND ALSO WHEN HE OFFERED ME A CHILD I DID NOT KNOW TO RECEIVE MORE MONEY. THATS ILLEGAL AND FRAUD AND HE WILL GET WAS COMING TO HIM! IM WARING YOU GUYS BE CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST WITH YOU SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!
