Jay has been taking care of both our personal and business taxes for a few years now. Initially, he helped us with a HUGE problem with the IRS that was attributed to mistakes made after my husband's stroke. He recovered nicely and insisted that he could still take care of the taxes as he had done in past years. Well, he made serious mistakes. Jay negotiated the penalties down and arranged for payment installments. Since then he has also been helping with business taxes, which includes taking care of sales taxes in a number of United States. I don't know what we would do without him.
