I wish I could give Raishda Lyles with Speedy Refunds a zero because 1 star is to generous. She never returns calls, text messages or emails. I have been asking for copies of my 2018 & 2019 tax returns from her forever hence it’s 2021 and I still don’t have my copies of my returns. Also if you want to get audited by the IRS then let Speedy Returns ATL do your taxes because I surely got a Notice of Deficiency from the IRS stating I owe $2K. I’m just over this tax preparer and her scamming ways I’m reporting her to the IRS and filling a compliant with them as well. Please don’t get your taxes down here. Oh lastly she just blocked me when I told her she was unprofessional. Her number is 224-944-3639 so don’t do business with her or her tax company. Please stay away from Raishda Lyles with Speedy Refunds ATL she is not honest, ethical or trustworthy she will mess your taxes up and will have you owing to the IRS because of mishaps and mishandling. She never returns any of her customers calls or emails and always have an excuse. I’ve spoken to about 4 of her clients today who all had issues similar to mine and stated she never responds to them or provided them copies of their returns.
