I paid 325$ to get taxes done, they were not done on time and an extension was filed. 4 months later I have no federal refund because I think unbeknownst to me he scheduled me to take 6000$ from savings and put in an ira to get a tax credit. I’m not actually sure though, because he never actually came to his office and stays home, he conceals his real telephone number and has a secretary page him and stays completely hidden and doesn’t return messages or emails. Most horrible communication I’ve ever seen with any business. Zero stars is deserved
