I was very disappointed with this tax preparer's service. I paid her team to correct my tax return, but they made mistakes that caused me to receive collection letters from the IRS and required me to visit the IRS multiple times, wasting a lot of my time and energy. After confirming it was their error, she refused to fix it unless I paid again. Therefore, I do not recommend her services.
