I would NEVER, when I say NEVER i mean just that, PATRONIZE this business by any means!!!!! Greta is so UNPROFESSIONAL on so many levels let’s start there, let alone where is the customer service. Smh Also, you will sit there ALL DAY, just to get your taxes done… She does NOT return text nor phone calls. (Red Flag) She acts as if you don’t matter and mind you WE pay her. Now let’s speak on that. She charges different amounts every year and your taxes are the same every yea; meaning you itemize everything yourself, present it to her neatly broken down, so all she has to do is go over it for accuracy and punch it in the computer and her fee is over $$$ for a single filer, what a rip off! This year is the last straw and make me want to look into her work and speak with someone Legally, because we have questions regarding our refund amount and she is NOT getting back in contact with us. Mind you she did the refund, NEVER called us to tell us the amount of the refund nor her fee, which changed constantly. There is no standard amount so she charges off the top of her head. Who does that! So do you think that’s PROFESSIONAL????

I’m writing on behalf of my aunt, 67 year old woman living alone with some medical issues. Greta D Marshall was my tax preparer for 67 year old aunt in Miami Dade. She did her 2019 1040. She did not inform her that she was using tax product group nor did she disclose her fee when asked. My aunt received IRS notification of refund deposit in Nov ‘20. When she contacted her bank, she was told that it wasn’t there. She then contacted IRS who then told her it was sent to Civista bank. When she contacted Civista she was given the number for TPG. It was then she received the breakdown and then saw that after fees, the $$452 balance went to the tax preparer Greta, leaving my aunt with none of the money she was desperately relying on. When she contacted Greta, she denied it and dismissed her. Greta also did her ‘18 taxes and told her the refund was $1. My aunt accepted this. Taking advantage of a senior and depriving her of her financial means especially in a pandemic is beyond reprehensible. I rate her -5
