Bob Edwards did not file my 1040 for 2018, now I owe over 2000 dollars in penalties, even though IRS had my money the day after I recieved my copy of the 1040.. totally not professional, sent him email, he ingnored... I have filed a 14157 IRS Tax Return Preparer Misconduct Affidavit and am consulting an attorney for damages... This misconduct is totally unprofessional and should not happen to someone that pays a professional for services not rendered.. I gave them one star rating because I cannot give a negative 5 star on this site, very unhappy with totally unprofessional service
