I came in for an appointment to complete our 2015 taxes. Kay Gross prepared my taxes. My Husband had just passed away, all I had was a mound of paperwork a whole lot of sadness and grief. Kay really took her time helping me understand what she was doing and just really cared about helping me through the process. I called Kay an Angel! Even though I was dealing with so much and Kay was swamped with work, other appointments, she managed to show patience , caring and understanding. Thank you so much Kay.
