Client Reviews of Azita Shams

I hired Azita Shams regarding bookkeeping. I told her over the phone that I had sent a check to pay her for her bookkeeping services and it should arrive shortly. A couple days later she texts me in the evening at 8 pm stating: "Hi Greg I did not get yr check yet." My response was " OK? I sent it. Remember I told you? She replies "What should I remember? Really unprofessional and child like. She texts me the next day "I got yr check today." written like someone in high school, not a professional. on 7/28/2015 I texted her stating I'd like her to send me my bookkeeping records and she told me she would as soon as she finished. She sent them to my accountant but never sent them to me like she had said she would. I texted her multiple times to send them to me and she didn't reply. When I finally saw them I saw that were several. I contacted to tell her that and she never responded. The only time she responded pretty much was about her getting paid. I'm not happy at all with Azita Sham's bookkeeping services and it seems as if she could care less.
