If I could give less than one star, I would. What a horrible experience. My wife and I paid for the Best of Both Worlds Option at H&R Block. Our tax reviewer was supposed to be Claudia Spears. After receiving our information several weeks before tax day, Ms. Spears then just stopped returning calls and emails. We reached out repeatedly, but neither she nor H&R Block did anything to address the situation. We finally had to file our own taxes and now are now seeking a refund of the money paid for the promised review. We could not be more unhappy with the service of Claudia Spears.
