Very disappointed in this service (I only put one star because it's required). Tom did our taxes wrong, didn't include moving expenses, education info, or a state tax that he knew about well before. We were referred by a friend and went to Tom because we had multiple W2s from different states and wanted everything done correctly. The only reason we knew they were done incorrectly was because they were rejected from H&R block, at that point we told him we wanted to sit down and go over them before he refiled. He did not, he refiled them and now will not answer our calls. We don't even have a copy of what was submitted and won't have one from the state until mid-May. I would love to include something positive, but unfortunately, everything that could go wrong has. He is incapable of communicating.
