MICHAEL PREPARED OUR 2013 STATE AND FEDERAL TAXES AND WAS TO E-FILE THEM. IMAGINE MY SURPRISE WHEN IN DECEMBER OF 2014 I RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM THE CA FRANCHISE TAX BOARD STATING THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR 2013 TAX FILING. UPON FURTHER CHECKING, I FOUND THAT NOT ONLY DID HE NOT FILE OUR STATE TAXES, BUT HE DIDN'T FILE OUR FEDERAL TAXES EITHER. I ALSO FOUND THAT HE HAD A FEDERAL LAW SUIT NAMING HIM AND MANY OF HIS FAMILY MEMBERS WORKING AT ATP IN ROSEVILLE, CA. HE HAS SINCE LEFT THE STATE OF CA AND IS WORKING IN SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH. PLEASE DON'T BE SCAMMED BY THE MAN.

DON'T USE HIM! He did our 2013 returns and never filed them. December 2014 someone else I know who used him received a letter from FTB that her 2013 taxes were not filed. I went down to the IRS and FTB January 2015. None of our 2013 taxes that we paid Michael to do and e-file were done. My husband texted Michael, who called back and said he would send the taxes to us the next morning. That was over a week ago and now Michael will not answer the phone, return messages OR give us our tax returns. He has left Calif and now works in South Jordan, Utah. We had to have our taxes re-done by someone else so that we could file them. I feel sorry for the people who haven't figured out yet that their 2013 taxes aren't filed yet.
