what a nightmare... 2 weeks without copies of a correct and complete return and being told that my taxes were efiled, she blamed it on its delays with accepting efiles, refund delays etc.. Not once did my return show up on the IRS "where's my refund" and when I would ask her about these things she would say she'd get to it when she could or ignore my text messages. Finally I took my info to HR block and after they fixed everything she did they efiled and had an acceptance in 5 minutes and my refund in 7 days.. I've asked for my documents back and for a refund and she refuses.. She even went as far as to threaten me by saying atvs I needed an AUDIT... Stay clear...

Dalia did my husbands taxes illegally she did him dirty put a hole different persons 1040 to IRS this lady took all his money and will not do anything about it so please if anyone needs there taxes done I do not recommend Dalia
