Ms. Morris makes basic errors and misunderstandings regarding simple tax preparation questions, and appears extremely overwhelmed and under-prepared for the tax season, despite operating in the industry since at least 1998. I'd recommend any prospective clients to stay away and choose a more professional and competent accountancy firm.
