The rudest person that I have come in contact with. Very disorganized and unprofessional. She put a date on her letter stating tax returned was filed. A month later she file, or so I'm told. PLEASE do not use her services. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! Office phone isn't a working number.

Not good customer service what so ever. Very rude. Can not locate taxes that were suppose to be submitted then amended. IRS does not show taxes were not electronically submitted per the date she showed. Nor was the amended form. I gave Angela permission to speak with my sister (was very rude to me). When my sister called she hung up on her. Also, one of the phone numbers is out of order. The other number she answers HELLO, does not even answer with her business name. Do not recommend at all. PLEASE be very leery when contacting her.
