Horrible experience she kept my taxes for a full year never returned my calls cost me a fine with they IRS because my taxes were never prepared. She told me she would file an extension I found out she did not. Then a year to the date later she answers her phone after I called her 6 times in a row she says she's sorry all she had to say is she couldn't do them that would have saved me a fine with the IRS.
