Got my DACA renewed with Teresa everything went great until I wanted to proceed to get my residency. Went to Teresa’s Multi Service on 2-10-2022 to start the process of residency & waited for USCIS TO RESPOND. Application came back denied. Went back & resent it again & again it came back denied. Called,text & emailed Teresa no response till a week later she replied to come in on the 4-18-2022 to resend the application for the 3rd time (but failed to let me know what time was best for her). Came to her office & her assistant didn’t know I was on schedule for the day. Teresa had other appointments so I was kind enough to let her know I could come on the 21st or the 22nd of April to finish the application. Teresa had an infection on her eye the day I came back after the 18th to finish the application she said she needed to go to the doctor cause her eye hurt & couldn’t see & left me filling out my own form of the application needed for my residency.(I had no idea what I was filling out really but I wanted my application done with. ) I called yesterday for a update if Teresa reviewed & sent my application & the assistant had no idea if Teresa sent it. Today 5/3/2022 I’m here to pick up my items and a refund of $400 I paid Teresa for her to do her job which she still hasn’t done.
