He is a fraudster. He will base his fee on how much of a return he botches to get back for you. Then you have to pay the irs and ftb back because of his inflated illegal preparations. Do not use this man. He thinks he is untouchable. Karma comes around and his time is coming. He is not honest and only cares about lining his pockets with money !!!!!! You will have to pay back taxes because this man files false returns. For years he is a horrible person to do this to people.
