in dealing with this person on a personal level, I felt like I kept getting the run around when I asked for my tax info back. she kept telling me that she had another associate handle my taxes. she wouldn't give me the number to these so called associates. all I wanted was my personal info back. it took well over 48 hrs to get a straight answer out of her, with plenty of communication within those 48 hrs. in my opinion, I would never hire her again.
