Mr.Kone promised to refund my money of over 5K because I decided not to do business with him. He knows why. I even have a voice message of him telling me he had no problem refunding my money back to me ...Mr.Kone almost never replies to any of my phone calls or texts...which I find so disrespectful..When he does reply, he claims my money is always on the way..Which has been going on 5 Months...I totally regret doing business with Jason Kone. Still no money. I would definitely NEVER do business with Mr.Kone Again!

Mr Kone prepared my taxes previously, then with GBA. This year, I expected a similar experience. I mailed,or faxed my information. And waited patiently for a refund. Early July I called, we spoke, we exchanged voicemail. His message made no sense. He got my file and was sending it to me. I’m like, for what? It needs to go to the IRS. After this voicemail, no envelopes came, no text, no calls, no answers. I’ve left courteous messages to please call. I need to get my refund & have suffered financial losses that need to be recovered. This is my only outlet. Is it a crime to not do my taxes? How is next year’s taxes going to be, without help I’m just at a loss. I lost my mom and now I’ve lost a tax refund, and the debt grows. Im frustrated, disappointed, and in disbelief that Jason Kone would treat a repeat client like this.
