Horrible service. I could never reach her. She finally emailed me basically telling me I needed to handle it myself. I don’t even know why I even got her to do my taxes if all she does is leaves you hanging. Plus I heard she was opening some business in Vegas, that’s why she wouldn’t return my calls. She probably opened that business with all that money that she got from the people that she did the taxes wrong and left them hanging to deal with the IRS on their own.

Horrible service. A year later after our taxes were done with Crystal we received a letter from the IRS for money owed due to a mistake she made. I contacted her for help, left messages, and emailed. She said she was going to help at first but then I could not reach her. She then told me I had to handle the issue with First class Income Tax where she did our taxes before she started her own business. Her mom was the owner. She refused to help as well. I went back and forth several times. All I wanted as payment for penalties due to the IRS.
