Donna no longer works at Mountain America Credit Union. I wish I could find her and where she went to because she did a great job on my taxes since 2011, and wish I could have her do my current taxes.

Donna is amazing to work with. No one has ever worked harder than she has to assist taxpayers with both their current and prior year tax return filings, tax questions, or IRS resolutions. She has more knowledge regarding taxes & IRS regulations then any CPA firm I've ever dwelt with. She's the one to go to when you need help with complex issues or to correct mistakes. There's no one I trust more.
