I dislike giving bad reviews, but I'm doing this so you don't end up like my wife and I. We had our taxes done with this company, and now we can't get any answers when we call, email or text to get information on why we haven't seen our return. The owner told us that she would check and re-file due to a name issue, but again she has been ignoring us for weeks. I have now retained a lawyer and in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau. I enjoyed having my taxes done with this service, but when you pay to have someone do a service for you they should help you till the end.
