Veronica Biones, for me and my experience with her and her office, has to be the single most unprofessional, inconsiderate, dishonest, and misleading tax preparer I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. I was referred by a family member to see what Veronica might be able to help me with when my 2014 return seemed incorrect. She came off knowledgeable, trustworthy and eager to assist me with what I assumed to be her expert advice and guidance with my taxes. Veronica did amend and prepare my taxes, which I was happy with at the time, and so inn 2015 I decided to go back to her. This year it was the same intro as the previous year, and we resumed business as before. I ran into some issues these past few weeks and Veronica has been evasive, ducking my calls, blocking my number altogether and refuses to return any messages (which now she can't because she doesn't seem to empty her VM box, it's been full for almost 2 months now). I am usually a very patient person, but when I have to drive 4 hours to find out what exactly is going on and Veronica nor her staff was there even with a sign on the door stating they'd be back at a certain time, and now it's 2 1/2 hours past that time without anyone showing up. Veronica never gave me copies or receipts for her work on my taxes so now I want to take my business elsewhere and I can't get ahold of her to prevent any further issues as well as to move my business. My point is, do NOT do business with this woman. Veronica will do everything in her power to ensure she gets a commission check. Even if it means to have you be harassed by the IRS for actions that VERONICA committed and should be held accountable for.
