Hi. I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and have been preparing taxes since 1976. It is important to me to explain tax topics to clients in plain understandable English so that you, the client, can understand clearly why the tax return was prepared the way it was prepared. Tax laws and procedures can be very confusing, and although Congress' logic does not always make sense, I am committed to enabling my clients to understand as much as possible.


My practice focuses on preparation of individual and business tax returns (Sole Proprietorships. LLCs, partnerships and incorporated businesses). The majority of business returns have been
Schedule C and LLC connected with the Federal 1040.

Individual tax returns are usually prepared at the client's residence because many people feel most comfortable at home and they have ready access to documents that may be required for completion of the tax return.

In addition to tax return preparation, I have also had experience as a financial planner for individuals and businesses. This includes information about retirement plans that can be utilized to maximize one's future nest egg after retirement.
